You decide which platforms are permitted for resale, ensuring that returned products don’t appear on channels that compete with your new goods. This helps maintain the value and integrity of your core product range across all markets. For recalled or higher-risk stock, we also offer a secure quarantine process. Appliances flagged for investigation can be held for quality analysis and reporting, giving your internal teams vital insight into potential design or performance issues. Our detailed feedback loops support continuous improvement and strengthen your quality assurance procedures.

We also provide full control over geographic redistribution. You have the final say on which countries your appliances can be resold into, ensuring that your returns strategy aligns with your brand’s global sales objectives. Naturally, not all returned appliances are fit for resale. Items deemed beyond economical repair (BER) are handled through our fully accredited in-house recycling facilities. As part of The Appliance Recycling Group, we are proud to operate within the UK’s WEEE Regulations, offering a complete recycling and recovery service that ensures no unfit appliances re-enter the market. Every product undergoes rigorous safety and functionality testing. If it doesn’t meet our standards, it is responsibly dismantled and recycled, never sold on – whether domestically or overseas.
